Good Monday to you all!
This weekend was beautiful outside so i thought i would put my new pampered chef grill basket to good use!
This has loads of Dave’s Produce in it as you can see above! I inadvertently made Kale chips by spreading the Kale out over the other veggies. The grill method made for an extra crunchy chip!
Also in the mix was peppers, mushrooms, cut up tomato and pear squash.
I sprayed it all with Olive oil and then kept tossin the mix around. The salmon stuck to the basket a bit so it ended up in pieces.
I also took the Kale chips off first since they were done in about five minutes.
If your bbq is easily accessible I would totally recommend this ad a quick supper option. It took all of about five minutes in prep and ten to fifteen in cooking time. There is nothing like that smokey grilled flavour!!
